- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cups arugula
- ½ cup pitted olives

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add 1 lb ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
