Ingredients

  • 8 oz (about 6 cups) tortilla chips
  • 2 cups (store-bought or leftover) pulled pork, shredded
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup (about 2 peppers) jalapeños, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup sour cream or crema

    Heat oven to 425°F. Spread tortilla chips on a sheet pan in a single layer.
