Ingredients
- 2 lb pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat the 2 lb pork ribs dry with paper towels, then rub all over with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp garlic powder.

Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, meaty side up. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes, until tender and the meat pulls away from the bone.

Remove foil and brush the ribs generously with 1 cup barbecue sauce. Return to oven, uncovered, and broil for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce is sticky and caramelized in spots.
