Ingredients

  • 20 count frozen meatballs (beef)
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce (smoky preferred)
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 4 count hoagie rolls
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen meatballs in a skillet over medium-high heat.

    Stir in BBQ sauce and marinara. Simmer 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are heated through.

    Split hoagie rolls open. Brush the insides lightly with butter, then arrange on a baking sheet.

    Spoon meatballs and sauce into each roll. Top generously with shredded mozzarella.

    Bake 3–4 minutes until cheese is melted and starting to bubble at the edges.

    Serve immediately while cheese is hot and gooey.
