- 1 lb pre-cooked pork ribs
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 lb frozen french fries
- ½ medium red onion
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread the 1 lb frozen french fries on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 20 minutes, shaking halfway.

While fries bake, thinly slice the 0.5 red onion and toss with the 2 tbsp white vinegar and a pinch of salt. Set aside to quick-pickle.

Cut the 1 lb pre-cooked pork ribs into individual pieces. Brush with 0.5 cup barbecue sauce and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake ribs in the same oven until hot and sticky, about 10 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and caramelized at the edges.
