Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1.5 lb potatoes
  • ½ lb meatballs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

    Preheat grill to medium-high. Cut 2 lb pork ribs into individual pieces and season with 1 tsp salt.

    Grill ribs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Brush with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce during the last 3 minutes.

    Meanwhile, boil 1.5 lb potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and toss with 2 tbsp olive oil.

    Grill 0.5 lb meatballs for 5-7 minutes, turning, until heated through and lightly charred.
