Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 whole banana, ripe
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Mash banana in a mason jar or bowl until mostly smooth; a few small chunks are fine.

    Add oats, milk, yogurt, and honey to the jar and stir until combined.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

    Stir in the morning; add more milk if the texture is too thick.
