Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 medium banana, mashed
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

    Combine oats, yogurt, mashed banana, milk, 1 tbsp honey, and cinnamon in a mason jar or container.

    Stir until completely combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

    Divide between two bowls. Top each with half the walnuts and 0.5 tbsp honey.

    Serve cold or microwave 60 seconds until warm. Stir before eating.
