Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup milk or cream

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Core the 4 apples, leaving the bottom intact, and place them in a baking dish.

    In a small bowl, mix 0.5 cup walnuts, 0.25 cup raisins, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Stuff this mixture into the apple cavities.

    Pour 0.25 cup milk or cream over the apples, then bake for 20-25 minutes until the apples are tender when pierced with a fork.
