Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry sheets
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp water
- ½ cup jam or cheese

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Thaw the 1 puff pastry sheet according to package directions, then unfold it on a lightly floured surface.

Cut the pastry into 4 equal squares. Place 2 tbsp of jam or cheese in the center of each square.

Whisk the 1 egg with 1 tbsp water in a small bowl. Brush the edges of each square with the egg wash.

Fold each square diagonally to form a triangle, pressing edges with a fork to seal. Brush the tops with remaining egg wash.
