- 12 oz macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 24 oz tomato sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook the 12 oz macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add 1 lb ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up, until browned and no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Season with 1 tsp salt.
