Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi (fresh or frozen)
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Boil salted water in a pot, then add gnocchi and cook until they float plus 1 minute more.

    Drain gnocchi and transfer to a baking dish.

    Pour marinara sauce over gnocchi and stir gently to coat.

    Top with shredded mozzarella and bake until cheese is melted and edges bubble, about 8 minutes.
