Ingredients
- 4 filets white fish fillets
- 1 whole lemon
- ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or thyme)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the 4 fish fillets dry and place them in a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, and 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs.

Squeeze juice from 1/2 lemon over the fish, then spread the herb mixture over the fillets. Slice the remaining lemon and place slices on top.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque throughout.
