Ingredients
- 4 filets white fish fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 8 oz green beans
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 425°F. On a large baking sheet, toss the 1 bunch asparagus and 8 oz green beans with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single layer.

Pat the 4 fish fillets dry and place them on top of the vegetables. Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the 1/2 cup Parmesan and 1/4 cup pine nuts over the fish and vegetables.

Bake until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, and vegetables are tender, about 12-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
