Ingredients
- 4 filets white fish fillets
- 1 whole lemon
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pat the 4 fish fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle the 2 tbsp olive oil over the fish, then sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Slice the 1 lemon into thin rounds. Lay the lemon slices over the fish fillets.

Scatter the 1/4 cup chopped parsley over the top.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
