Ingredients
- 1 bagel
- 3 slices deli ham
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup red cabbage
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

In a small bowl, toss the 1 cup shredded red cabbage with the 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt. Set aside to lightly pickle while you prepare the rest.

Slice the bagel in half and toast it until golden and crisp, about 2-3 minutes.

Spread the 2 tbsp mayonnaise on both cut sides of the toasted bagel.

Pile the 3 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheddar onto the bottom half, then top with the cabbage slaw.
