- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups arugula
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats.

On a floured surface, stretch the 1 lb pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and browned in spots.
- 5
In a bowl, toss the 2 cups arugula with the 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- 6
Top the hot pizza with the dressed arugula and shave or sprinkle the 1/2 cup parmesan over the top. Slice and serve immediately.
