Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb beef steaks (such as sirloin or ribeye)
  • 4 links chorizo or other sausages
  • 8 slices bacon slices
  • ½ lb small beef chunks (for wrapping)
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat grill to medium-high. Wrap each beef chunk with a bacon slice and secure with a toothpick if needed.

  2. 2

Season the steaks with 1 tsp salt and 0.5 tsp black pepper. Brush the onions with 1 tbsp olive oil.

  3. 3

Grill the sausages and bacon-wrapped chunks for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until sausages are browned and bacon is crisp.

  4. 4

Grill the steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

Grill the onions for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until charred and soft.

  6. 6

Slice the steaks and sausages, arrange everything on a platter with the onions, and drizzle with the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
