Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
  • 2 medium apple
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Thaw puff pastry if frozen, then roll out slightly on a floured surface.

  2. 2

Peel and thinly slice the 2 apples. In a bowl, toss with 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.

  3. 3

  4. 4

Place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake until golden and puffed, about 20 minutes.
