  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 medium apples (Gala or Fuji)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for serving)

    Peel and dice apples into 1/4-inch pieces. Toss with granulated sugar and cinnamon.

    Heat a nonstick skillet over medium. Lightly butter it, then pour in 1/4 cup batter and tilt to spread thin.

    Cook crepe 60 seconds per side until pale golden. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining batter.
