Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz amaretto liqueur
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 whole maraschino cherry with stem (for garnish)

Instructions

    Add amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.

    Shake hard for 12 seconds until foamy and the shaker feels ice-cold on your hands.

    Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

    Spoon the foam from the shaker onto top of the drink.

    Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve immediately.
