Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

    Mix mashed bananas, flour, sugar, melted butter, and egg in a bowl until just combined.

    Grease a 6-inch air fryer-safe cake pan or loaf pan with cooking spray.

    Pour batter into pan. Tap on counter to release air bubbles.

    Place pan in air fryer. Cook at 340°F for 10 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
