Ingredients
- ¾ cup dried hibiscus flowers (jamaica)
- 4 cups water
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups ice

Bring water to a boil in a kettle or pot, then pour over hibiscus flowers in a large pitcher.

Let steep for 5 minutes until the liquid turns deep crimson and flowers have released their tartness.

Strain out the flowers, pressing gently to extract all liquid; discard solids.
