Ingredients
- 4 cups leafy greens (e.g., spinach or kale), chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups water or broth
