Ingredients

  • 2 cups store-bought cake (any flavor), crumbled
  • ¾ cup frosting (store-bought, matching cake flavor)
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 drops per color gel food coloring (pastel pink, blue, purple)
  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 12 count lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. 1

Mix crumbled cake and frosting in a bowl until a dense dough forms. Scoop 12 evenly-sized balls and roll between your palms until smooth.

  2. 2

Melt white chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring until glossy.

  3. 3

Divide melted chocolate into small bowls. Add 3 drops of gel coloring to each bowl (pink, blue, purple) and stir until pastel shade.

  4. 4

Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into melted chocolate, then into a cake ball to secure it.

  5. 5

Dip each cake pop into a pastel chocolate bowl, then immediately roll in rainbow sprinkles before chocolate sets.

  6. 6

Stand cake pops upright in a cup or bowl to set for 2 minutes, then serve immediately.
