Ingredients

  • ¾ cup red wine (Spanish Tempranillo or similar)
  • 2 tbsp brandy or cognac
  • 1 whole orange (halved, sliced)
  • ½ whole lemon (halved, sliced)
  • ¾ cup stone fruit (peaches, plums, or nectarines, diced)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

    Pour red wine and brandy into a pitcher. Add orange slices, lemon slices, and diced stone fruit.

    Sprinkle sugar over the fruit and stir until sugar dissolves, about 1 minute.

    Add ice to each glass and pour sangria over, making sure each drink gets fruit slices.

    Serve immediately and enjoy.
