Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp gelatin powder
  • ½ cup passion fruit sauce or curd
  • 4 leaves fresh mint leaves

Instructions

    Heat cream and milk in a small pot over medium until steaming but not boiling, ~2 minutes.

    Whisk in sugar and vanilla until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.

    Sprinkle gelatin over the warm mixture, let sit 1 minute to bloom, then whisk until completely smooth.

    Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
