Ingredients
- 4 whole (any color) bell pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 1.5 cups marinara sauce

Preheat oven to 375°F while slicing pepper tops and scooping out seeds and ribs.

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking apart with a spoon until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.

Stir cooked rice and 0.75 cups marinara sauce into the beef until combined.

Stuff each pepper with the beef-rice mixture and stand them upright in a baking dish.

Pour remaining 0.75 cups marinara sauce over the tops and bake until peppers are tender, about 12 minutes.
