Ingredients
- 1 box (18 oz) chocolate cake mix, prepared and cooled

- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
- 12 count wooden cake-pop sticks or lollipop sticks

Instructions
- 1
Crumble cooled cake into fine crumbs. Add softened butter and frosting, stirring until the mixture holds together when pinched.

Roll mixture into 12 evenly sized balls, about 1.5 inches across. Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 10 minutes.
- 3
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
- 4
Insert a stick into the top of each chilled cake ball, twisting gently to secure it.
- 5
Dip each cake pop into melted chocolate, rotating to coat evenly. Let excess drip off for 3–5 seconds.
