Ingredients
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 whole egg
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar

Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, egg, milk, and 3 tbsp melted butter in a bowl until smooth.

Divide batter between two microwave-safe mugs. Microwave each mug 90 seconds until a toothpick comes out moist but not wet.

Let cakes cool 3 minutes, then invert each onto a plate to release.
