Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
- ½ tsp cream of tartar

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix flour, 1.5 tsp cinnamon, and cream of tartar in a bowl.

In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
