Ingredients
- 2 cups store-bought cake (any flavor), crumbled
- ½ cup canned frosting
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening
- ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
- 12 count lollipop sticks or wooden picks

Mix crumbled cake and frosting in a bowl until the mixture looks like wet sand and holds together when squeezed.

Roll the mixture into 12 balls, each about the size of a walnut. Chill on a plate for 10 minutes.

Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil together for 90 seconds, stirring halfway. The mixture should be smooth and pourable.

Dip the tip of each stick into chocolate, then push it into a cake ball about halfway. Chill for 5 minutes.
