  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

    Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.

    Melt maple syrup and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, ~3 minutes.

    Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar until smooth and fully combined.

    Pour mixture into lined pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

    Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes until firm enough to cut cleanly.

    Lift fudge from pan using parchment overhang and cut into 12 squares with a sharp knife.
