Ingredients
- ½ lb pork tenderloin or thin cutlets
- 3 tbsp miso paste (white or red)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 oz ramen noodles (fresh or instant)
- ½ cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

Bring 4 cups water to a rolling boil in a large pot over high heat.

While water heats, slice pork thinly against the grain into 1/8-inch strips.

Slide pork into boiling water. Stir gently and cook for 60 seconds until edges turn pale, then fish out with a slotted spoon.

Drop ramen noodles into the same boiling water. Stir and cook per package instructions (usually 3 minutes for fresh, 4 for instant).

Whisk miso paste + butter + soy sauce in a small bowl until smooth, then stir into the hot broth just before noodles finish.

Divide noodles and broth between two bowls. Top with cooked pork, corn, and green onion if you have it. Serve immediately.
