Ingredients

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a microwave-safe mug or small bowl.

    Add egg, milk, and vanilla, stirring until just combined. Divide batter evenly between two mugs.

    Microwave one mug 60 seconds on high until risen and top springs back when tapped. Repeat with second mug.
