Ingredients

  • 2 cups store-bought cake (any flavor), crumbled into fine crumbs
  • ½ cup frosting (canned or homemade)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or melting chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening
  • ¼ cup sprinkles (rainbow, pearl, or chocolate)
  • 12 count lollipop sticks or toothpicks

Instructions

    Mix crumbled cake and frosting in a bowl until it resembles wet sand. Refrigerate for 2 minutes if sticky.

    Roll mixture into 12 golf-ball-sized spheres. Place on a parchment-lined plate.

    Microwave chocolate chips with coconut oil for 60 seconds, stirring halfway. Mixture should be smooth and pourable.
