  • 2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Pat salmon dry with paper towels and season generously with cajun seasoning on both sides.

    Heat olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.
