Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups strong brewed black tea, cooled
  • ½ cup whole milk or condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ cup cooked tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Brew 1.5 cups strong black tea (2 bags or 1.5 tsp loose leaf in hot water). Let cool to room temperature, about 3 minutes.

    Pour cooled tea into a tall glass or pitcher. Stir in milk and sugar until sugar dissolves completely.

    Add ice cubes and cooked tapioca pearls to the glass.

    Stir well and serve immediately with a wide boba straw.
