Ingredients

  • 8 pieces graham cracker sheets
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 cups marshmallows, mini
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

    Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

    Layer 4 whole graham cracker sheets flat on the bottom of the pan.

    Heat butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until melted and smooth, ~90 seconds total.

    Pour chocolate mixture over the graham crackers and spread evenly with a spatula.

    Scatter mini marshmallows evenly across the chocolate layer.

    Top with 4 more graham cracker sheets, pressing down gently.
