Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp (medium, peeled)
  • 2 whole lime (juiced)
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 whole serrano or jalapeño, minced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 handfuls tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

    Combine shrimp, diced tomato, minced pepper, and cilantro in a chilled bowl or glass.

    Pour lime juice over everything. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
