Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred for flavor)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch for thickening sauce
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup shredded cheese (optional topping)
- 2 tbsp green onions, thinly sliced for garnish

While the meatballs bake, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan combine the remaining soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and water.
