Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork shoulder
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt

Cut the 1.5 lb pork shoulder into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, mix the 0.5 cup orange juice, 2 tbsp lime juice, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp oregano, and 1 tsp salt. Add pork and toss to coat; let sit for 10 minutes.

Thread the pork onto skewers, dividing evenly. Reserve the marinade.

Grill over medium-high heat (or use a grill pan) for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred at the edges and cooked through (no pink inside).
