- 1 cup walnuts
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a food processor, pulse 1 cup walnuts and 1/4 cup brown sugar until finely ground, about 30 seconds.

Roll out 1 sheet puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Spread the walnut mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.

Cut the pastry into 4 triangles. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, then curve into a crescent shape. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
