- 1 loaf baguette
- 1 medium cucumber
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp fish sauce

In a bowl, mix 1 lb ground pork with 1 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp sriracha. Form into 12 small meatballs.

Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
