- 4 sheets rice paper wrappers
- 4 slices deli ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly brush the surface with oil to prevent sticking.

Place one rice paper on the grill. Immediately top with 1 slice ham, 1/4 cup cheese, and 1/2 tbsp chives.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until the rice paper crisps and the cheese melts, then fold in half with a spatula.

Remove from grill and drizzle with 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise and 1/4 tbsp sriracha. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
