Ingredients
- 4 sheets rice paper wrappers
- 3 stalks green onions
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- 1
In a small bowl, mix the 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp honey to make a glaze. Set aside.
- 2
Thinly slice the 3 green onions, separating white and green parts. Keep the green parts for garnish.
- 3
Brush one side of a rice paper sheet with the glaze. Sprinkle with some white onion slices, a pinch of chili flakes, and a pinch of sesame seeds.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the rice paper, glazed side up, in the dry skillet. Cook until it starts to bubble and crisp, about 1-2 minutes.
- 5
Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute, until golden and crispy. Repeat with remaining sheets.
- 6
Remove from skillet, sprinkle with reserved green onion tops and extra chili flakes if desired. Serve warm.
