- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 medium potatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

Heat the 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium-high. Add the 1 lb ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
