Turkish Wrap
A quick and satisfying wrap filled with grilled meat, fresh vegetables, and a tangy yogurt sauce, all wrapped in a warm flatbread.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces flatbread
- 500 g beef or lamb strips
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 medium tomato
- 1 large green bell pepper
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- 1 medium lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil

In a bowl, mix the 1 cup yogurt with juice of 1/2 lemon and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

Slice the 2 tomatoes and 1 bell pepper into thin strips. Chop the 1/2 cup parsley.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the 500g meat strips in a single layer; cook without stirring for 2-3 minutes until browned, then flip and cook 2-3 minutes more until cooked through.

Warm the 4 flatbreads in a dry pan or microwave for 30 seconds each until pliable.

Spread a generous spoonful of yogurt sauce on each flatbread. Top with meat, tomato, pepper, and parsley.

Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. Roll tightly and serve immediately.
