Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the 1 large flatbread on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high. Add 200 g minced meat and cook, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

Slice 1 medium tomato into thin rounds. Grate or crumble 100 g cheese.

  4. 4

Spread the cooked meat evenly over the flatbread, then arrange the tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with the cheese and 1 tsp black sesame seeds.

  5. 5

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are crisp and golden. Slice and serve hot.
