Ingredients
- 1 large flatbread
- 200 g minced meat
- 1 medium tomato
- 100 g cheese
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the 1 large flatbread on a baking sheet.

In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high. Add 200 g minced meat and cook, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Slice 1 medium tomato into thin rounds. Grate or crumble 100 g cheese.

Spread the cooked meat evenly over the flatbread, then arrange the tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with the cheese and 1 tsp black sesame seeds.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are crisp and golden. Slice and serve hot.
