Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz each) canned tuna
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium cucumber
- ½ cup black olives
- 1 medium lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt

Drain the 2 cans of tuna and flake it into a large bowl with a fork.

Wash and chop the 1 head of romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Add to the bowl.

Halve the 1 cup cherry tomatoes and slice the 1 cucumber into half-moons. Add both to the bowl along with the 0.5 cup black olives.

In a small bowl, whisk together the juice of 1 lemon, 3 tbsp olive oil, and 0.5 tsp salt.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything until well coated. Serve immediately.
